Our Solution: Our experts believed that a Raynor Country Manor model garage door would suit Mr. Becker’s wants perfectly. Not only does it have a distinctive carriage house look, but it has unique insulating properties to keep the garage at a comfortable temperature. We removed the garage door in place after disconnecting the cable, springs, and opener, then installed the new Raynor in onto the tracks.
Garage Door Opener Repair
Customer Issue: Mr. Fleming noticed his opener was making a lot of noise.
Our Solution: After disconnecting the Linear LDO33 opener from the garage door system to open and inspect it thoroughly, our team found that the problem was with a broken-down motor. The part was quickly replaced, and the opener was put back so it could be tested to confirm functionality.
Customer Issue: Broken torsion spring.
Our Solution: One of our trained technicians carefully disconnected the system to ensure safety before getting to work taking down the damaged spring and replacing it with a new one. The other springs were checked to ensure they were in good condition.
Customer Issue: Broken cable.
Our Solution: After disconnecting the system for safety reasons, one of our trained team members unwound what was left of the broken cable to remove it before winding in a fresh one. The door was tested to confirm it was working.
New Garage Door Installation

Genie Opener Installation
Customer Issue: Failed door opener.
Our Solution: Replaced their broken opener with a Genie Excelerator Model 4062-TKNMV and did a routine maintenance.
Customer Issue: The customer needed two door panels replaced.
