Our Solution: After disconnecting the Linear LDO33 opener from the garage door system to open and inspect it thoroughly, our team found that the problem was with a broken-down motor. The part was quickly replaced, and the opener was put back so it could be tested to confirm functionality.
Customer Issue: Broken torsion spring.
Our Solution: One of our trained technicians carefully disconnected the system to ensure safety before getting to work taking down the damaged spring and replacing it with a new one. The other springs were checked to ensure they were in good condition.

Our Solution: After disconnecting the system for safety reasons, one of our trained team members unwound what was left of the broken cable to remove it before winding in a fresh one. The door was tested to confirm it was working.

Genie Opener Installation

Our Solution: Replaced their broken opener with a Genie Excelerator Model 4062-TKNMV and did a routine maintenance.
