The customer's LiftMaster garage door opener keeps reversing, she can't get the door to close.
We sent out our technicians, who have vast experience and knowledge when it comes to repairing garage door openers. They first checked to see how the opener was interacting and controlling the garage door to thoroughly understand the problem. Then they opened up the outer casing of the garage door opener to take a closer look at all the mechanical parts, including the buttons, logic board, wiring, and sensors. They determined that the LiftMaster logic board was causing the reversing issues, and they were able to remove it and replace it with a new one. After ensuring the mechanisms were all back in place, they replaced the cover, then verified that the garage door opener functionality was restored and was now controlling the garage door as it should.
